Having had a long and successful career within the legal profession, I am now working as a coach supporting those within high pressure industries with a variety of difficulties and situations at work.
Typically, lawyers might now seek my help around:
- Career management, including through to partnership; or on effective landing, having attained this;
- Relationships at work including within teams
- Diversity issues including bullying and harassment
- Juggling priorities at work, stress and time management
- Business development strategy
I am a Meyler Campbell trained Business Coach. I am an accredited member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) and comply with the Global Code of Ethics.

What is coaching?
Coaching is typically understood as a process that allows the coachee to clarify and move forward with issues by uncovering their inner resources, building a sense of choice and momentum and addressing obstacles and limiting beliefs.

How does it apply to Lawyers?
We work with both individual lawyers and law firms and barristers’ chambers providing coaching services. We work with many of the top city of London law firms as well as smaller regional firms. We provide coaching to partners, fee-earners and support staff. The types of issues we come across frequently are:
