What a lovely night at the LexisNexis UK Legal Awards last night.
I was thrilled to be judging the well-being category, a subject close to my heart obviously).
Always an important category but particularly poignant/pertinent in recent weeks.
Lovely to catch up with William Charrington and other friends from Farrer & Co and to give big woops to friends from Sidley Austin LLP, The Divorce Surgery as well as Yanoulla Kakoulli for their well-deserved Highly Commended mentions in their categories.
Grandma over here turns into a pumpkin if I’m not in bed by midnight so I particularly enjoyed the brilliant host, Lucy Porter, running to time! A rare treat on the awards scene.
Well done to Emma Reitano and team for organising a fantastic event.
