Claire Deacon
Claire joined TCC in 2025 to work closely with Founder, Annmarie Carvalho, on all aspects of the business.
Claire brings a wealth of expertise to us, having been in the executive search industry for 25 years, specialising more recently in recruiting for senior roles within professional services. In lockdown, she started her own business, providing earning capacity reports for financial remedy cases in divorce proceedings and is familiar with the legal profession for this reason. She is also an accredited Coach, having trained with The Institute of Psychosynthesis and is now a Member of The European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
As Practice Manager, Claire is responsible for upholding our professional standards across the business, including marketing, branding, business development and internal processes. She manages the delivery of our services, which include therapy, coaching, reflective practice and training for the legal profession for both individuals and corporates. She is the first point of contact with new clients; if they are unsure of what service they require and Claire’s underpinning knowledge of the legal landscape, plus her natural warmth as a Psychosynthesis Coach, makes her an ideal member of the TCC team.
When Claire is not working, she is busy with her two teenage children or attending a military bootcamp, cycling in the countryside, painting or learning about psychology or coaching!
