Integrity

I’m honest and transparent (or what therapists would call congruent).

Honest about your situation, honest about my fees and honest about what I can offer you.

Accessibility

Flexible appointment times to suit you.

Skype, FaceTime and telephone appointments.

Local and community work

I’m committed to contributing to my local area in West London and carry out regular voluntary service with local alcohol addiction organisations.

Wholeheartedness

I’m not your typical inscrutable therapist.

I bring my whole self to my job. What that means is when you’re working with me you get a sense of who I am. And what I have to offer is warmth, informality, a lot of compassion, a bit of laughter and a fair amount of creativity.

Therapy works best when there’s a good relationship between us and I love building a strong connection with my clients and walking alongside them as they develop.

Self-care

You can’t help others if you don’t look after yourself.

I believe that I can’t help people if my own ‘petrol tank’ is running on empty.

I keep topped up with my own therapy and supervision, getting outdoors with my dog, reading, music, dancing with my kids and laughing whenever I can!
